It is up to each of us to search our ‘heart of hearts’ and feel the heartbeat of all Humanity. We can focus on our everyday life and be dragged down into the chaos and negativity that others create around us, or we can choose to Live. It is when we open our eyes, our collective eyes, and ‘see’ that we have allowed ourselves to become part of the chaos, that we lose ourselves. It is not necessary to get lost in the madness. Yes, life is demanding and there are many responsibilities. First and foremost, we have the responsibility to nurture ourselves…to create a healthy life.
